These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of DetailerLogic Pro ("we," "us," or "our"), a subscription-based web application for professional auto detailers, accessible at app.detailerlogic.com.
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.
By creating an account and using DetailerLogic Pro, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal authority to enter into these Terms, and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
DetailerLogic Pro is a cloud-based pricing and workflow management platform designed for professional auto detailing businesses. Features include:
Free Trial: New users receive a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to begin the trial. Free trials are limited to one per user account.
Standard Plan: After the free trial, continued access requires a paid subscription at $19.95 per month, billed monthly.
Billing: Subscription payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at support@detailerlogic.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with at least 30 days advance notice to active subscribers.

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You retain ownership of all client and business data you enter into the Services. We do not sell your data to third parties.
DetailerLogic Pro, including its name, logo, software, design, and content, is the intellectual property of DetailerLogic Pro. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for your own business purposes during your active subscription period.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Market rate data provided through the ZIP code lookup feature is for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional financial or business advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DetailerLogic Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Services. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. You may request a copy of your data within 30 days of account termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via email or through the application. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Bucks County, Pennsylvania.
