These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of DetailerLogic Pro ("we," "us," or "our"), a subscription-based web application for professional auto detailers, accessible at app.detailerlogic.com.
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.
By creating an account and using DetailerLogic Pro, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal authority to enter into these Terms, and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
DetailerLogic Pro is a cloud-based pricing and workflow management platform designed for professional auto detailing businesses. Features include:
Free Trial: New users receive a 14-day free trial with Pro plan features. No credit card is required to begin the trial. Free trials are limited to one per user account.
Plans: After the free trial, continued access requires a paid subscription, billed monthly: Weekend at $29.95 per month or Pro at $59 per month. A Shop plan ($99 per month) will be offered once available. Features included in each plan are shown in the app and on detailerlogic.com and may change over time.
Changing plans: You may switch between plans at any time in the app. Upgrades take effect immediately and downgrades apply a credit; both are prorated to your billing period by Stripe.
Billing: Subscription payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at support@detailerlogic.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with at least 30 days advance notice to active subscribers.
How it works: DetailerLogic lets you text your clients a link to pay a quote by card. To use this feature you connect your own Stripe account. Client payments are made directly to your Stripe account and paid out to your bank by Stripe. DetailerLogic does not hold your funds.
Stripe processing fees: Stripe charges its standard processing fees on each payment. These are set and collected by Stripe directly from your Stripe account, not by DetailerLogic.
DetailerLogic platform fee: DetailerLogic charges a platform fee on each successful card payment made through DetailerLogic, in addition to Stripe's processing fees: 1% on the Weekend plan, 0.5% on the Pro plan (and during the free trial), and 0.25% on the Shop plan. The platform fee is never charged on tips. The fee is deducted automatically at the time of payment and appears in your Stripe dashboard. The fee that applies to your account is shown in the app (Settings → Get paid by card) before you connect Stripe. Platform fees are not returned if you later refund a client. We will give at least 30 days' notice before increasing the platform fee.
Stripe Services Agreement: Payment processing services for DetailerLogic users are provided by Stripe and are subject to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement, which includes the Stripe Terms of Service (collectively, the "Stripe Services Agreement"). By connecting a Stripe account through DetailerLogic, you agree to be bound by the Stripe Services Agreement, as it may be modified by Stripe from time to time. As a condition of DetailerLogic enabling payment processing services through Stripe, you agree to provide DetailerLogic accurate and complete information about you and your business, and you authorize DetailerLogic to share it and transaction information related to your use of the payment processing services provided by Stripe.
Your responsibilities: You are responsible for the services you provide to your clients, your prices, refunds, disputes, and any taxes that apply to your business.

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You retain ownership of all client and business data you enter into the Services. We do not sell your data to third parties.
DetailerLogic Pro, including its name, logo, software, design, and content, is the intellectual property of DetailerLogic Pro. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for your own business purposes during your active subscription period.
The Services' source code, pricing engine, calculations, Pro Detailing Playbook, text, graphics, and overall look and feel are protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by DetailerLogic Pro. Any feedback or suggestions you send us may be used by us without obligation to you.
If you violate Section 5 or this Section 7, we may immediately suspend or terminate your account without refund, and we may pursue all remedies available under law, including injunctive relief, takedown notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, and recovery of damages and reasonable attorneys' fees.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Market rate data provided through the ZIP code lookup feature is for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional financial or business advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DetailerLogic Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Services. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. You may request a copy of your data within 30 days of account termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via email or through the application. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Bucks County, Pennsylvania.
